In a nutshell, homeopathy is a holistic, individualised and gentle form of medicine that stimulates the body’s own ability to heal. It sees ill-health as symptoms of imbalance in the body and looks at the way the person is uniquely expressing these symptoms. Homeopathic treatments are thus tailor-made for each individual; they are holistic, treating the whole body, mind and spirit.

What to Expect
I remember the first time I went to see a homeopath, I had no idea what to expect or what they would ask me! I left amazed at how much time my homeopath spent with me and how many questions she asked! So to put you at ease, this is what you can expect:
Homeopathic healing actually starts with the consultation. My aim is to provide you with a safe place where you can speak freely and feel listened to and understood. Everything you say in the consultation is confidential and only used to help you in your healing process.
The first appointment will take 90 minutes to 2 hours, during which I will establish a comprehensive case history. I will ask you in detail about the health complaint (or complaints – yes, you are allowed more than one health complaint!) that has brought you here. I will also ask you about your general health history, about your personality traits and preferences, and your family health history. A day or two after the consultation, I will provide you the remedies with detailed instructions on how to take them. I may also prescribe flower, gem or environmental essences to accompany your homeopathic remedy, as well as nutritional advice and supplements, if appropriate.
Follow up appointments are usually arranged 4 weeks after the initial consultation, and last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
It will be a privilege to have you as a client. Please contact me if you need more information about my practice.
I also understand how important it is to find the right person to work with, so I offer a free 15 minute call to discuss how homeopathy could help your particular situation and if I’m the right person for you to work with.
